In 2013, I experienced severe burnout from my high-pressured life as a Hospitality Executive. So severe in fact, that I required heart surgery. Since that rock bottom at only 29 years of age, I’ve been on a relentless mission to learn and teach the tools that can empower ambitious individuals to find more ease – without sacrificing their big dreams.

As a Coach, Advisor, & Spiritual Teacher — I meet my clients where they are and guide them to where they once only dreamed of being. I fuse 20+ years of business-building experience with a vast array of certifications including Executive Coaching (NYU), Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Meditation (Kripalu), Somatic Experiencing, Shamanic Healing, and more.
But most importantly, I am a compassionate and non-judgmental sounding board. Having personally experienced disordered eating, substance over-use, severe anxiety, as well as extreme burnout, my coaching sessions are a shame-free zone. My events are intimate, mindfulness based, and geared towards busy entrepreneurs & execs.
